I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Sohag Chakraboty for his outstanding customer service. Sohag was introduced to me by a third party and I am very thankful that this happened. He was able to source a vehicle for me that other Ford dealers advised me was not available. He structured a very attrative deal and personally delived the vehicle to my home address in Wollongong. Hey Amanda, just a follow up to your phone call yesterday. Firstly I want to thank you again for the call to find out what sort of experience I had when I purchased the car, I must admit not something I expected from a car dealership. I haven’t had the need to go to a car yard for about 10 years and only started looking just before Christmas last year.
At the suggestion of my son we walked into your used car division and spoke to Darren (who I knew from golf) and when we told him we were looking for a demo with low K`s he asked us to go and see Sam, as he was sure there was one there and ge would ring and let Sam know we were coming over. We did go and meet with Sam and (and to my surprise) we found a quietly spoken helpful man. He was non abrasive and willing to listen and treated us as he would like to be treated himself. Here was somebody who actually wanted to help and was mindful that we might even come back or refer others. From the time we got there until we did the deal I found Sam a pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem.
Now this normally stops when the purchase is complete but not with Sam, he followed everything through, was excellent with paper work explanation, the car itself with how to use everything because it was new to me and making sure the after delivery work was completed. And to top off the experience I get 2 calls from you as follow up to make sure it all went well, I am impressed!Now it hasn`t necessarily changed my overall opinion of the motor trade but I certainly have a good impression of Thomson Ford and Sam and yourself. Would I buy again from you, absolutely, would I refer others, absolutely!

Dear David,
This email is to congratulate your team on great service to its customers.
Our company purchased a vehicle from Thomson's late last year
through Sohag Chakraborty and I have always received excellent
service. Yesterday my car was serviced, using the silver service
schedule, through Michael, and it did have a few faults requiring
correction, and all was handled well and the car was returned to me
cleaned and sparkling. I was very pleased and just wanted the owner
to know that his staff are doing a great job.
